We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and exchange process.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Start Your Return: Visit our CONTACT PAGE with your order number.
  2. Receive a Return Label: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label
  3. Ship It Back: Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Note: A small return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at CONTACT PAGE
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or a full refund.


International Returns

For international customers, returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping fees and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
